RLG has experience representing commercial developers, contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, private owners, public entities, design-builders, design professionals, insurance companies, sureties and material suppliers.  In addition, RLG’s founding member has published several articles and works on construction law and is a frequent lecturer on construction law issues, including contracting, claims investigation and identification, professional negligence and malpractice, commercial general liability and professional liability insurance issues, and the resolution, mediation, arbitration and litigation of construction law related claims.  At the contracting stage, RLG assists clients with risk identification, assessment and allocation.
