Service to others was why RLG was created. RLG’s mission is to have a positive impact on every person with whom it comes into contact. RLG’s mission statement is both a promise and a challenge. While RLG may not always live up to the challenge, RLG will always strive to follow its commitment.

RLG’s commitment to having a positive impact on those with whom it comes into contact with does not mean that RLG will always make people happy. Indeed, in its role as advocates, and as counselors, RLG will often be in a position to tell people things they do not want to hear. RLG’s leadership strongly believes that RLG can have a positive impact on a person even if they are not happy with what is said.
